People have strong opinions about flying but I personally feel like a kid on Christmas Day when I’m headed to the airpot. How crazy a world we live in where we can be across the world in less than a day? I have learned over the years and multiple flights how packing the right items on the plane can help make your flight more comfortable and stress-free. With every trip, I get a little better. Noise Canceling Headphones
Listed first for good reason. It my opinion, this is an essential. I am an airpod pro fan until I’m on a plane and these are my must haves. It’s a game changer and sanity saver (especially if you have a screaming kid or snorer on a long flight). Bonus: the battery lasts a long time, too.
Travel Pillow
Catch some Z's mid-air with a comfy travel pillow. It's a game-changer for getting rest during a long flight and if you’re like me and haven’t found a neck pillow you love, this one comes in clutch. Plus can double as a blanket so win-win!
Comfortable Clothing
Opt for comfort with your in-flight wardrobe. Stretchy leggings, a soft tee, and a cozy hoodie make for the perfect ensemble for a long trip. My new favorite is this Spanx dupe from Amazon. Super soft and easy to layer.
Compression Socks
I fought this hype for a while now and finally decided to give in on my last 12 hour flight. I’m hooked. It may not be a fashion statement but totally worth compromising. They will keep your legs from feeling so fatigued but also protect you from blood clots that can occur when you’re in a cramped space for long periods of time without moving.
Bluetooth Transmitter
This is my latest favorite find. If you become a fan of noise canceling headphones, it’s such a bummer when you aren’t able to watch a movie on your long haul flight. It’s my favorite way to pass the time. Enter these bluetooth transmitters that will assure you can connect to th flight movie selection.
Eye Mask
Shut out the cabin lights and get some beauty sleep with a snug eye mask. It's a travel essential for those who value both style and well-deserved rest.
