This beautiful resort had me from the moment I drove the few miles it took through the moss laden trees to get there. You immediately feel how special it is when you see the most charming little chapel right before entering the property. From that point on, it only gets better. You first arrive at the Inn where you will be checked in and greeted with southern five star hospitality.

There are multiple room categories available from 1 bedroom cottages to 5 bedroom residences for large families. I was amazed at the selection of options to choose from. My room was a lagoon view cottage and it was perfect. There was a small L’-shaped sofa, king bed, huge bathroom and terrace with a lagoon view to enjoy coffee. I loved it. You never have to leave the resort . There are so many activities, you will not want to. Plus, the selection of restaurants and shopping are just enough as well. Activities include archery, shooting lessons, riding lessons, bowling, golf and so much more. One of my favorites was the electric bike tour we took around the property. Now, I really want one of those! Once we finished our tour, we headed to lunch, took a siesta then headed out for a boat tour. It was the perfect day that ended with a s’mores truck.

Montage PB is truly a perfect destination for all ages and groups. It would be perfect for destination weddings, honeymooners, anniversary trips, multi-generations, large families, retreats. You name it!
