4-Day Bahamas Weekend Getaway: Our favorite itinerary for luxury resorts beaches, and must-see sights around Nassau & Exuma.
Weekend trips are the best, they offer just enough time to unplug and come home feeling refreshed. So open your calendar and put on your out-of-office because you’re going to the Bahamas!
Why choose the Bahamas for a weekend vacation?
For one, it’s an easy and short flight from many major US cities. And second, the variety! The Bahamas are made up of 700 islands and cays with breathtaking turquoise waters and white powdery sand. Each island is unique and has its own “personality”, from the vibrant vibes of Nassau to the secluded sandbars of the Exumas. Whether you’re looking for luxurious resorts, a little adventure, or culture, the Bahamas is the place to be.

Here’s Your Nassau, Bahamas Weekend Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival & Check-in & Nassau Nightlife
Arrive at the airport and head to your private driver who will take you to your resort.
Once you’re checked in and settled, have a pool or beachside lunch and enjoy a Bahama Mama!
Next, it’s time to have dinner on a catamaran and watch the sunset while the steel drums play in the background.
If you’re looking for some fun once you get back on land, there’s plenty to do once the sun goes down.
