1. Cabo San Lucas
Topping our list of most romantic getaways is Cabo San Lucas. This destination is a short flight from most major US airports and the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. Known for breathtaking sunsets, gourmet Mexican cuisine, and some of the most stunning resorts in Mexico, Cabo should be at the top of your romance travel list.
Where to stay: One of our favorite resorts in Cabo is Grand Velas Los Cabos. This 5-star all-inclusive resort offers a variety of luxurious suites, a world class spa on property, and various gourmet dining options even with a Michelin star chef. Our recommendation: cozy up with that special someone in front of a breathtaking Cabo sunset on your private balcony or schedule a couples massage at the luxurious SE spa to top off your romantic getaway.
2. Yellowstone National Park
Looking for romance but wanting to stay state side? How does a sunrise hike followed by a lazy morning picnic lakeside sound? Spoil your Valentine this year with quality time in Yellowstone National Park & lively nights out in Big Sky, Montana. You get the best of both worlds.
3. Napa Valley, California
Make it stand out
It doesn’t get more romantic than spending the day wine tasting with your Valentine in the rolling vineyards of Napa Valley. We recommend at least 3 days to tour wineries from St. Helena, Napa, Yountville and even over to Sonoma. We will work with you to schedule a romantic afternoon wine train to transport you through each city or even an intimate bike ride through vineyards in between wine tastings. We’ll schedule your tastings & hire the driver, you focus on which cheese pairs best with your California Pinot Noir.
Where to stay: We recommend the Harvest Inn in St. Helena, California. This hidden gem is along the Napa Valley wine trail and nestled into the charming city of St. Helena. To say we adore this resort is truly an understatement. Not only are the accommodations cozy and stunning, but you are steps away from local restaurants, wineries, breweries, and bakeries. It’s truly it’s own little slice of heaven.
4. Jamaica
Needing a taste of the Caribbean for your Valentine’s getaway? Jamaica should be at the top of your list! We love this romantic destination for couples looking for rest, relaxation, delicious food, stunning beaches and some of the nicest people you will ever encounter. A quick flight to Montego Bay and you will be immediately transported into the land of romance. Or, hop over to Ocho Rios about 1.5 hours outside of Montego Bay for a more immersed experience in the Jamaican culture with some of the most stunning beaches steps away.
Where to Stay: For romance travel, we love the Jamaica Inn property in Ocho Rios. This intimate resort has only 48 suites which will guarantee privacy & romance for you and your partner. Nestled on a white sandy beach with crystal waters, this 5-star property is the perfect destination for lovers wanting to escape to the perfect slice of Jamaican paradise.
5. Paris, France
There is no better place for lovers than the city of love itself! If you are wanting to surprise your partner this Valentine’s with a trip built off of romance and luxury, Paris is your perfect destination. The best part, you get to give the gift of travel now and have a romantic trip to look forward to all year. Where to Stay: Our all-time favorite Parisian hotel for romance travel is the Ritz Paris. Now’s the time to splurge on that special someone and stay at this 5-star property in the heart of Paris. The Ritz Paris has a spa on property & various bars and restaurants. You won’t even have to leave this hotel to feel like you are immersed in the luxurious Parisian culture.
